No matter what you've heard, don't put the affected limb on ice. Flesh and Ice = Freezer Burn!, Cold sterile water is the best, tap water is not preferred unless you place the limb in a waterproof bag first because:Tap Water and Flesh = Trench Foot!In this story, a German man receives two arms 6 years after his accident and recovers! Amazing! He is presented along with other amazing stories from the BBC Superhuman Series. Well worth your 45 minutes.
